Penthouse Lingerie offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it, if it is eligible.
Please read below for details on how to return your item(s).
Eligibility
Before submitting your item(s), please read the list below to ensure you are eligible for an exchange:
- all requests for returns must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days after the order is placed.
- You must have a copy of your original invoice that you received with your order.
- item(s) must be in their original state and deemed unworn before they can be accepted.
- due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on the following:
- all panties, thongs, & g-strings
- all garments that come with a panty/g-string, or have an attached panty/g-string
- booty shorts, and sets containing booty shorts
- teddies
- stockings
- gift sets
- pasties
(ALL sales are final on any of these items)
Submitting A Return
If you are eligible, follow the instructions below to ensure your return is completed smoothly:
- To begin, sign-in to your account on this website.
- Proceed to the Orders History
- Search your placed orders, and select the order you wish to return.
- At the bottom of the Order Details page is a "Create Return Request" form. Select the item(s) you wish to return, fill out the rest of the form, and click Create to make a return request.
- Once we receive and approve the request, you will be contacted via e-mail with instructions on returning you item(s) back for an exchange.
Returning Your Item(s)
Upon our approval, you will be notified with instructions on how and where to return your item(s). You MUST be approved to return your item(s) before mailing them back to us. Any items sent to us without proper return authorization will be returned to you at your expense.
