About Your Order:
At penthouselingerie.com, you will never pay duty charges on any order! All orders placed within the continental US will be shipped from our warehouse in Buffalo, New York, and all orders placed within Canada will be shipped from our warehouse in Cambridge, Ontario.
Methods of Payment:
Our website currently accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Your payment will be processed online, through our secure checkout. Sorry, no C.O.D.s or personal cheques will be accepted on any order.
E-Mail Notifications:
E-mail is our main method of communicating with our customers. When registering for an account, be sure to provide a valid e-mail address. During your registration and order process, you may receive e-mail notifications from us. These notifications are used to keep you informed about your profile and the status of your order. Shipped Order notifications will also contain a tracking number from UPS, which can be used to track the process of your order once it has been shipped.
Pricing & Taxes:
Prices through-out the website are shown in US dollars, and all orders placed will be charged in US dollars. Canadian customers are subject to current conversion rates at time of purchase.
American orders are not subject to any taxes on orders placed. Canadian orders are subject to a 5% GST/HST tax (where applicable). Ontario residents are also subject to 8% PST.
(note: if the Billing and Shipping addresses are different, the taxes are based on the Billing address, not the Shipping address)
